When my furnace went out on Thanksgiving day I called Elite and spoke to Peter! Even though they weren’t doing calls for the holiday, he went above and beyond to help. He took the time to FaceTime me to troubleshoot the issue and walked me through step-by-step of what to try. When that wasn’t enough, he even stopped by on his way to his in-laws’ for dinner just to bring me two fuses so I wouldn’t be stuck without heat. He gave all this help and still didn’t want any type of payment You don’t see dedication like that very often. Truly exceptional service, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend!

The owner Peter was wonderful very accommodating, gave me fair reasonable price and they knew what they were doing. I would definitely hire them again. The one thing I really liked is he prioritize his existing customers and their warranties first because he had to delay coming to see me for an existing warranty.
