He gave me valuable feedback on whether to replace the gas valve or consider a new heater since mine is from 2009. They also provided a detailed quote and explanation via email. I’m a landlord. I’ve had many furnace inspections over the years for rental license renewals and I can say that Peter and Chris conducted the most thorough furnace inspections with the newest equipment that I’ve ever had done. Early on a cold morning, our furnace stopped working that supplies heat to our first floor and finished basement. I called them at 7:15AM and Peter took my call and dispatched Brandon to our house. Brandon was excellent! He was polite, respectful, and thorough. He had our Bryant Plus 90 up and running in no time after installing a new inducer and pressure switch. I highly recommend Condor Heating & Cooling!
