He gave me valuable feedback on whether to replace the gas valve or consider a new heater since mine is from 2009. They also provided a detailed quote and explanation via email. I really appreciated how they worked with me, explained my options clearly, and even waived the service call fee. Early on a cold morning, our furnace stopped working that supplies heat to our first floor and finished basement. I called them at 7:15AM and Peter took my call and dispatched Brandon to our house. Brandon was excellent! He was polite, respectful, and thorough. He had our Bryant Plus 90 up and running in no time after installing a new inducer and pressure switch.
