I contacted Condor Heating through Thumbtack, and they sent a technician the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided a thorough inspection of my heater. He gave me valuable feedback on whether to replace the gas valve or consider a new heater since mine is from 2009. They also provided a detailed quote and explanation via email. I really appreciated how they worked with me, explained my options clearly, and even waived the service call fee. I usually rely on the number of reviews when deciding who to call, but after working with Condor Heating, I’ve changed my perspective. Their service was excellent—highly recommend!

I’m a landlord. I’ve had many furnace inspections over the years for rental license renewals and I can say that Peter and Chris conducted the most thorough furnace inspections with the newest equipment that I’ve ever had done. My tenants and I can rest at night, knowing that they are safe from carbon monoxide. They showed up on time they were efficient and they were thorough. Early on a cold morning, our furnace stopped working that supplies heat to our first floor and finished basement. I called them at 7:15AM and Peter took my call and dispatched Brandon to our house. Brandon was excellent! He was polite, respectful, and thorough. He had our Bryant Plus 90 up and running in no time after installing a new inducer and pressure switch. I highly recommend Condor Heating & Cooling!

Condor heating and cooling did a wonderful job for us. Their communication skills are wonderful, upfront, on time and very polite We had a furnace that is very hard to get to an attic and they right away found the problem and fixed it. I definitely will call them again
