I woke up to a 40 degree house end of January. Furnace fan would run for a couple minutes with no heat then shut off. I called Elite Degrees and Peter was here within the hour. It took him all of 30 seconds to diagnose the problem as a seized inducer. It took less than 30 minutes to remove the assembly and lubricate it as a stop-gap while I wait for the replacement to arrive. It's a few days later now and still working. Price was totally reasonable, actually a little lower than I expected. Overall turned what I thought was a going to be a disaster into a minor inconvenience. Peter is very knowledgable, professional, polite, and understanding. It's always a pleasure working with people like this!

Peter from Elite Degrees was incredibly helpful while he was here. My furnace went out on Sunday, he was out first thing Monday morning to help.
